01 How fast do you ship?
Parcels are dispatched from Germany within 1–2 days of your order. Standard delivery takes 5–7 days, express 2–3 days — worldwide.
02 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Everything is designed and printed in Germany and shipped wherever you are. Shipping is free above €60.
03 What material are the cases printed from?
Carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12 nylon (PA12-CF): stiff, light and temperature-stable from −30 °C to +80 °C. Every batch is dimension-checked against CAD to ±0.1 mm.
04 Are the STL files really free?
Yes. The exact CAD we print from is downloadable on every product page under CC BY-NC 4.0, including the threaded-insert drawings. Print it, measure it, modify it — or order ours and know precisely what you bolted together.
05 Does a bolted case affect charging, signal or buttons?
No. The openings are designed in: the MP-01 charges on any Watch charger without disassembly, the AT-02 leaves the AirTag dome exposed for signal and speaker, and the CP-03 keeps the Epix display and side buttons fully reachable.
06 Is the paracord loop included?
Yes. An olive 4 mm paracord loop ships in the box with every case — thread it through the integrated lanyard slot, no adapter needed.
07 Can I return a case?
Yes — 30-day field-test returns and a 5-year structural warranty. And if a tolerance, a chamfer or a whole idea could be better, tell me: feedback is always welcome.
